3 Good Habits to Make Part of Your Daily Routine

  Happy Wednesday, everyone! I wanted to share with you three things I've been trying to incorporate into my daily routine that I find I really benefit from.  These are all new habits and I do struggle making sure to include them everyday.  I encourage all of you to begin making these a part of your daily routine, as well!


1. Drink a gallon of water per day- Water is so important for our health and we don't realize all that we can benefit from drinking it.  When I drink a gallon of water a day I can really notice improvements in my skin tone and texture and it also tends to be more supple.  Water also gives me lots of energy and I just feel better overall from drinking it!

2. Daily Devotional- If you're a Christian, we all should be have a time set aside within our day to develop our personal relationship with Him.  Since starting a daily devotion, I have noticed I have been much more positive and looked outside of my daily struggles & had more faith in the amazing plan that I know God has for me.  

3.  Put Phone Away Time- This is something I really need to work on.  I, as well as pretty much everyone else these days spend way to much time glued to our phones that we miss out on so many important things in life like spending time with our family & just taking second to look around and appreciate all the beauty that God has created for us.
